Next week we will be focusing on reactions and knees and elbows.  Please bring a cup both monday and wednesday it will be required for the drills we are going to cover!

Also be on the look out for a possible Sifu apperance on the 20th.  It's rumored but unconfirmed he may come through class

always remember to keep the foot work tight and your arms infront of you when practicing the dan-chi exercises.  These movments are to help you coordinate your foot work with your hands. Don't over rotate and don't open up you knees as you will leave your self vulnerable to attack!  Practice the L step and compass step foot work drills we wen't over in class this week I wan't to see improvment on monday!

Hope every one had a good weekend!  This week we are going to go back to basics and focus on explosivity and foot work for the majority of mondays class.  Later in the day we will cover some poon sau and five strikes, but only after i've burnt your shoulders out chain punching!  Monday before class I start my summer strength training regiment.  I'll out line my work out and the times i'm going to be in the gym if any one wants to come work with me.  It's been a long weekend and i can't wait to start training WT again!

Also be on the look out for a EBMAS bbq this coming weekend July 5th at prospect park.  I'll post details to the website when the plans get finalized.  this will be a park slope school bbq but all are welcome to join in!

Great job in class today every one.  Thanks Parag for coming down and giving the guys some new arms to cross and thanks to Jorge our newest student a transfer from the way of action school.... monday in class we will be covering some 4th student level foot work and reaction drills.  We should have a couple new faces around this week and it will be nice to get some new people to work with!
