5th student level dan-chi

Matt and Jorge practicing thier 5th SL dan-chi.

 

always remember to keep the foot work tight and your arms infront of you when practicing the dan-chi exercises.  These movments are to help you coordinate your foot work with your hands. Don't over rotate and don't open up you knees as you will leave your self vulnerable to attack!  Practice the L step and compass step foot work drills we wen't over in class this week I wan't to see improvment on monday!
